About the job

Your mission is to elevate Franke to the status of an employer of choice on a global scale. You’ll play a pivotal role in attracting top talents by showcasing our organization’s unique value proposition. But that’s not all—retaining our key talents is equally critical. You’ll actively engage with our talented individuals through various Learning & Development programs, ensuring their growth and success. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the deployment, administration, and continuous improvement of these programs. You will report directly to the Global Head of Recruiting, Employer Branding & Talent at our global headquarters in Aarburg (canton Aargau / 35mins from Zurich main station). 

Your tasks

Employer Branding:

  • Co-Creation of a Holistic Employer Branding Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with our organization’s values and goals.
  • Drive Employer Branding Initiatives: Ensure our organization remains competitive in the talent market by promoting our unique employer value proposition.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize employer branding strategies and provide regular reports on outcomes.
  • Career Pages, Intranet, and LinkedIn Group Development: Co-create and enhance our career pages, intranet, and LinkedIn group to showcase our employer brand.
  • Support global alignment with Marketing and Group Communication regarding LinkedIn editorial content.
  • Creation of Appealing Social Media Content: Develop engaging content (text, pictures, videos) for our social media channels to enhance our brand presence.

Learning & Development:

  • Comprehensive Career & Leadership Programs:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute career development programs.
  • Oversee the administration and management of our global Leadership Training and Graduates programs.
  • Create a compelling and engaging experience for program participants, fostering their growth and development.
  • Support the deployment of our Recruiting Training (Global Interview Guide).

Talent:

  • Leveraging Internal Talent Pools: Identify and utilize internal talent pools for career opportunities.
  • Promotion of Internal Hires and Job Opportunities: Advocate for internal promotions and communicate job opportunities effectively.
  • Recruiting & Talent Events: Organize and execute recruiting and talent events.
  • Graduate/Alumni Community Co-Management: Collaborate in managing our Graduate/Alumni community.
  • Develop a career dialogue and coaching concept specifically for our Early Career Starters.


 

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of working experience in HR, Employer Branding (Social Media), or Talent Development, including program management.

Skills:

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive career programs.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated excellence in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Social Media Enthusiast: Passion for social media and content creation.
  • Recruiting Events: Familiarity with recruiting events.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and approach challenges creatively.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
